TORCH Batch 3 was successfully conducted in 3 phases. Phase 1 (Modules 1 and 2) last July 6-9, 2021. Phase 2 (Modules 3&4) last November 8-10, 2021 and Phase 3 (Modules 5 and 5) last January 12-14, 2022. Thanks to our ever supportive education leaders, SDS Dr. Ma.
